If your return relates to an item purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly in the first instance.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your item to us for a refund or replacement.
Using our Returns Portal
The Returns Portal can only be used for orders delivered to mainland UK addresses. If you are based outside mainland UK, please contact our Customer Care team and we will advise you on the next steps for your return.
Once your parcel has arrived back with us, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
Our Returns Policy
All purchases made from Circulon.uk.com, Prestige.co.uk, Kitchenwarexpress.co.uk and Hestanculinary.co are covered by our 28‑day no‑quibble money‑back guarantee.
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will refund the full value of items returned within 28 days of the date of purchase, minus a £3.50 return shipping fee, provided that:
- The items are unused
- They are returned in their original packaging
- You can provide valid proof of purchase
If the returned product is not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount, in addition to the return shipping cost.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
