When we say a product comes with a 'Limited Lifetime Guarantee', we mean that we guarantee it for the lifetime of the product, under normal domestic use, subject to the terms and conditions of the guarantee.
What we cover
Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Faults that occur during normal household use
- Assurance that the product will be free from defects for the life of the product
If we confirm that a product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same item, or
- Offer a voucher if the original product is no longer available
If the product was purchased as part of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.
What we mean by “lifetime of the product”
“Lifetime” refers to the expected usable life of the product. The guarantee remains valid as long as the product has been used and cared for in line with our use and care instructions.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Overheating or using the product on unsuitable heat sources
- Commercial use
- Damage caused by cleaning methods not recommended (for example, dishwasher use where advised against)
- Incidental or consequential damage

Your legal rights
Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain fully protected.
